Give the classic lemon cake a twist - both visually and in taste. By just replacing two ingredients and fusing them with a third our traditional recipe gets a new vibe. Because we dont like to be bored or boring!
170g Selfraising flour
Juice of two limes
Mix until smooth - pour into the desired springform adding frozen blueberries as you go - make sure in the end all the berries are covered (so they dont get burned) - rock it in the oven at 180' for around 50 minutes - there you go
Easy was never easier!!!
For the icing mix icing sugar with some more blueberries to make a nice pink icing and throw it into the cake once its cooled - do this step with a lot of love will give the cake that look of 'you' - so be creative with colours and texturing :)
