FOODPAIRING - the Art of Combining Flavours

Happy Monday my dears, today just a quick post on this Salad I threw together today when I came home. It was so delicious I needed to snap some quick pictures and share it with you.
Plus - I did it using a dressing (my favourite) which is perhaps the easiest Salad Dressing EVER, and I had wanted to share it with you for a long time.
I am always amazed on how the right FOODPAIRING lets recipes taste amazing. There are certain foods which, when combined, just explode in taste - this is one of my favourite & most simplest examples:
RASPBERRY VINEGAR & PISTACHIO OIL - thats it! Its super easy, except for the fact that at times Pistachio Oil is kind of hard to find - I sometimes needed to order it - but its absolutely worth to have this in your kitchen.
This dressing goes well with all salads based on Lambs Lettuce or Chicoree, it combines amazing with Goat Cheeses, Beef, Egg, Pinia, Pumpkin Seeds, dried cranberries, figs, strawberries or honey melon - be creative!
& once you have the Pistachio Oil in your home - the next time you eat Vanilla Ice Cream - just sprinkle a bit of it on top ;)
I promise - its HEAVEN
